Liva Boutique returns conditions

At Liva Boutique, we want to offer you complete satisfaction during your purchases. If, for whatever reason, an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return conditions

  1. Deadline : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
  2. Condition of items : Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by their original packaging.
  3. Return costs : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item or item not in conformity with the order).

Would you like to make a return?

  1. Go to your customer account on www.livabygulsum.com, “Orders” section and click on the “Refund” button corresponding to the order concerned.
  2. Select the reason for the return then click on “Send request”
  3. As soon as your return request is validated by the Liva Boutique team, you will receive an email telling you that the request is accepted: you can then send us the package, accompanied by the invoice or delivery note to the following return address : 14a Rue du Maréchal Lefebvre, 67100 Strasbourg

Refund

Once your return has been received and verified, we will issue a refund via the payment method used during the original purchase. This process may take a few days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Exception

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear, etc.).
